About Deborah Austin

Deborah Austin is a Black woman much like you who has had life happen…… instead of remaining a victim, she chose to use her experience to help others.  A wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, teacher, coach, director, mentor, a sister, aunt, cousin ….. a friend.  Deborah has embarked on a journey that not only serves to heal others, but to heal herself.  A Black woman who is walking into her purpose so that she can emerge as a source, a resource, to women who want to live their lives to the fullest.  Speaking to the woman within, Deborah leads and guides Black women to true self-discovery and self-fulfillment. Women learn how to bring their deepest desires to fruition by changing their mindset which leads to transformation and manifestation!

Deborah is the founder of Deborah Austin Coaching LLC, her way of manifesting her vision of empowering Black women to create the lives that they love living. A life full of their desires, hopes and dreams, accomplished through their own personal development and transformation.  

As a Transformational Life Coach and Marriage Strategist, Deborah works with  Black women seeking more in their marriages, helping them to understand the value of self within a marriage.  She provides strategies for breaking through limiting beliefs to Black women seeking empowerment which enables them to create marriages that previously they only imagined.

Deborah holds a Master of Business Education degree from the University of Georgia and an Educational Specialist degree with a focus in Curriculum & Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University which lent themselves to her professional position as a high school teacher in her previous profession. In preparation for her current calling as help to her sisters, Deborah has completed life coaching certifications from The Life Coaching Institute of Orange County & Elite Coaching University.  She also earned a Certificate in Lay Counseling in Marriage from New Beginnings Training and Education.  

Deborah loves spending time with family and friends, especially taking road trips, going to the beach and playing golf with her husband Austin; they’ve been  married since August 4,1984.  They have a son, a daughter & son-in-law and three beautiful grandchildren. Deborah also loves to take time for self-care… candlelit baths, massages and sleeping!
